Rickey Hinnard

Rickey joined the group in May of 2000.  He has sang with such groups as Oak River Quartet and Humble Servants.  Rickey is no new comer to gospel music and like Betty was influenced by such greats as The Happy Goodman Family, Speer Family and The Hinson's just to name a few.

He sings lead with the group and he is often referred to as the clown of the group.  He is well liked by everyone he meets and has no trouble meeting new friends.   If you get a chance to meet New Day be sure and look up Rickey and ask him why they call him "Fluffy".

Rickey is married to Bobbie and they live in Chickamauga, Ga next door to Betty and Eddie. Rickey has two children and one grandchild.
